Other Initiatives

Disaster Relief – Brevard Public Schools received an influx of hurricane evacuees from across the South and the Caribbean in the past years. The Supply Zone packed hundreds of backpacks with school supplies and hygiene products so that these new students could go to school feeling welcome and prepared.

Fostering Literacy – With wonderful partners like Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women, Goodwill Industries of Central Florida, and so many more, the Supply Zone has been able to host special book giveaways that support literacy initiatives in our schools.

Feminine Hygiene – In an effort to reduce attendance issues for homeless girls who lack consistent access to feminine hygiene products, the Supply Zone has packed hundreds of feminine kits to be kept on hand at Clearlake Education Center. Anytime a homeless student is in need, she can request a kit from her guidance counselor and it will be sent directly to their school.
