Call For Volunteers!

Are you looking for a volunteer opportunity that directly impacts the community in which you live? How about an opportunity to help students and teachers through the Brevard Schools Foundation?
Depending on your interests and availability, there are certainly many opportunities for you to impact education here in Brevard.

The Supply Zone for Teachers relies heavily on volunteers to enable the store to provide school supplies for teachers and their students. Tasks include: stocking shelves, inventory control, checking in and checking out teachers, all the tasks normally attributed to a retail operation. Interested in Mentoring?

The Take Stock in Children Program needs mentors who will provide that one-on-one support to a deserving student who wants to succeed in school and achieve the dream of a college education. THE FOUNDATION OFFICE is always in need of clerical assistance. Tasks include: data entry, filing, printing, copying, scanning documents, reading applications, and mailings. SPECIAL EVENTS/PROGRAMS – Each year, the Foundation hosts many community events and programs that recognize and inform educators and involve the community in our mission. Volunteers are the life-blood of these events. Each year, we host the ABC Awards, the Annual Golf Invitational, the Back to School Supply Drive, TSIC Gala, and numerous other events. Volunteers are critical in making these events successful.
