Brevard Schools Foundation is again offering teachers Bright Ideas Classroom Grants to encourage creative and innovative projects for which they need funding.
A Virtual Training on the use of the on-line application process will be provided on Thursday, August 20, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. Participants must REGISTER HERE. It is highly recommended that teachers considering applying for a Bright Ideas Classroom Grant attend this training. Please note that this is a new registration link, so even if you registered prior, please do so again. (We apologize for the inconvenience).
Bright Ideas Classroom Grants are available to all teachers in amounts up to $500 or $1,500. Applicants should read the guidelines section in its entirety before beginning the application.
In an effort to encourage more applications and provide equitable opportunities, grants will be awarded highest to lowest score in each category – one per school – until the funding runs out. Additional grants per school may be awarded, if funding is available.
In addition, the Foundation is seeking reviewers to score the completed applications between September 21st and October 7th. Reviews will be completed through the on-line platform and instructions/ training will be provided.
