MELBOURNE, FL – Brevard Schools Foundation is excited to welcome Robin Ward to the Brevard Schools Foundation. Robin looks forward to to sharing her educational knowledge and grant expertise to enhance the foundation’s grant development efforts. Robin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education, Master of Science in Educational Media, and an Educational Specialists Degree in Ed. Leadership.

She began her career with Brevard Public Schools in 1990, serving as classroom teacher at Imperial Estates and Tropical Elementary Schools, and as a library media specialist at Tropical Elementary and Cocoa High School. In 2006, she transferred to the district office serving as the State and Federal Projects Resource Teacher until 2010.  In 2010, she was appointed to the position of District Grant Development Coordinator, and in 2019 was appointed Assistant Director of Secondary Programs for Brevard Public Schools.

Serving in these positions, she was responsible for school level and districtwide grant development, program and fiscal management of competitive and entitlement Federal and State grant projects, foundation grants, and local community grants. In 2020, she officially retired from Brevard Public Schools and now looks forward to the opportunity to support Brevard students and teachers again through her work with the Brevard Schools Foundation.
