TSIC Student, Quamel Wynn, Book Signing

Quamel Wynn is a TSIC student at Palm Bay High School who has written a book about how you can rise above bullying, violence, drugs, and other negativity. On Friday, February 5th you’ll have the opportunity to meet the inspirational student in person and have a copy of his book, Rising Above, signed. He’s taken huge strides and we are so proud of Quamel’s accomplishments.
