Viera, FL – The Brevard Schools Foundation Scholarship program is actively seeking judges to read and score scholarship applications from graduating seniors planning to continue their education.

Judging applications is a wonderful opportunity to see just how many special students there are in our public schools. Judging will take place through the new on-line scholarship portal, accessible from a personal computer or mobile device.

Each year, with the support of many generous donors, Brevard Schools Foundation provides scholarships to deserving students to help them achieve their dream of a college education. Scholarships range from $250.00 to $5,000.00. Some are multi-year awards, like the Grumman Retiree Club Scholarship, in which income eligible students who are studying in the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) field and maintain a 3.0 GPA may receive awards for an additional three years.

Individual scholarships are published on line at https://brevardschoolsfoundation.awardspring.com/. This year 53 scholarships are available totaling more than $85,000. It is expected that more than 500 students will be applying for these opportunities this year.
