Viera, FL – Brevard Schools Foundation announces the SaveAround Discount Savings Books as its annual district wide fundraising campaign. Participating Brevard Public Schools will sell each customized Brevard County book for $20 and keep $10 for the school. Each book contains thousands of dollars in discounts at local grocery, dining, recreation, entertainment and retail stores.
“We’re thrilled to again have Publix in the book with more than $20 worth of coupons in the book,” said Janice Kershaw, Executive Director of Brevard Schools Foundation. “That offer alone pays for the cost of book, plus raises much needed support for our schools .”
Sample books are typically sent home with students and orders taken for additional copies. Out of town editions may also be ordered. A list of available editions is posted at www.savearound.com. Many of the discounts are buy one, get one free offers and good through December 2016. In addition to Publix, some of the other businesses in the 2015-16 edition are: Gatto’s, Wendy’s, Checkers, Bass Pro Shops, Domino’s, Popeyes, Tropical Smoothie, Chilly Spoons, Cici’s Pizza, Taco Bell, Fia’s Restorante, Kendall Automotive, Marco’s Pizza, Einstein Bros Bagels, Waffle House, and Wings & Things Too. In addition, each book comes with an activation code to receive more offers online.
Funds raised will help the Foundation provide scholarships, award teacher mini-grants, host Space Week, support the Take Stock in Children program, run the Supply Zone for Teachers and many other special projects. In addition, each participating Brevard County school will use the proceeds from its SaveAround book sale to meet the unique needs of their own school, whether that means more science equipment, computers, instructional field trips, musical instruments, art and athletic supplies, or other much needed items.
Brevard Schools Foundation is the nonprofit, direct-support organization that matches community resources with the needs of Brevard Public Schools. The Foundation partnered exclusively with SaveAround for the annual district wide coupon book fundraiser.
